As part of the psychological support we offer, you decide how often you would like to take advantage of a 50-minute session to discuss your mental health and emotional well-being. What we talk about in these meetings is entirely up to you. Whether recent events and worries, or issues from the past that you can’t seem to let go of… there’s space for anything you want to bring up. As a trained clinical psychologist, my aim is to help you understand and improve your mental state and health. Should you find yourself in a crisis, or just need someone to talk to, I am flexible: you can reach me whenever you need.
