"Too Many Cooks Spoil the Broth"
Is your everyday life fast-paced, packed with various appointments, and does time seem to fly by? At the same time, are you trying to maintain your health and fitness, advance your career, enjoy a fulfilling social life, perform at your best, and somehow also care for your mental well-being?
You might already have a personal trainer, a nutritionist, a psychologist, a business coach, or others supporting you. If that’s the case, I see it as a great strength and very positive. Giving space to mental health and dedicating time to it is definitely commendable.
However, I’ve often observed that having such a broad network of support can lead to some issues—on one hand, a loss of information (are trainers, advisors, and psychologists communicating with each other?) and, on the other, conflicting approaches—understandable given the complexity of each individual’s situation. Additionally, it can become another stressor when you need to fit appointments with these individuals into an already busy weekly schedule.
This problem inspired me to pursue the professional path I now follow with OptiMind. With my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy, training as a fitness and nutrition expert, additional certifications in Sports Psychology, and my motivation to continually educate myself in areas like daily optimization, biohacking, business coaching, and more, as well as my ongoing training as a psychotherapist, I aim to combine these fields into one comprehensive offering.
This way, I can provide you with full support that eliminates scheduling chaos, considers your holistic well-being, and can assist you in most areas of life.
My mission: Your 100% performance and potential development without sacrificing life satisfaction, all within OptiMind.
